Participation fee: 45 EUR (The fee includes 12% VAT)

​Please indicate participation in the Welcome Cocktail and order Social Programme during registration. Participation in the Social Programme is subject to prior registration and payment. On-site participation cannot be guaranteed without prior registration due to capacity limitations.​​​​​

​​Refund Policy      

• Cancellation within the period without cancellation fees: a one-time administrative fee of 10 EUR will be 
  deducted from the paid amount, which will be refunded to your account. 

• Cancellation within the period with applicable cancellation fees: the paid amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee.  ​​

 

Refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.
