Transportation: Shuttle bus transportation will be provided from the Parkhotel Congress Center Plzeň to the Doosan Arena and back.

Refreshments: Drinks will be provided.

​Parking: For participants arriving individually, parking is available directly at the venue. Parking fee: 4 hours free of charge.

Refund Policy      

• Cancellation within the period without cancellation fees: a one-time administrative fee of 10 EUR will be 
  deducted from the paid amount, which will be refunded to your account. 

• Cancellation within the period with applicable cancellation fees: the paid amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee.  ​​

 

Refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.
