Refreshments will be served throughout programme breaks.

Non-alcoholic beverages will be available throughout the day. 

 

LUNCHES

Lunches will be provided at the Parkhotel Congress Center Plzeň.

Lunch will be served buffet-style with a 2-course menu.

Participants requiring gluten-free or vegetarian meals during the congress are kindly asked to indicate their choice when selecting lunches and to include this information in the note section of the registration form.

For any additional dietary requirements, please contact the Congress Secretariat in advance. Upon arrival at the Congress Center, please check where your meals will be available.

If lunch is not ordered, participants will not be entitled to a meal.

(Lunch prices include 12% VAT.)

The Congress Secretariat must be notified of cancellations in written form via e-mail: info@bos-congress.cz and the receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted.

Refund Policy   

• Cancellation within the period without cancellation fees:
  a one-time administrative fee of 10 EUR will be deducted from the paid amount, which will be refunded to your account. 

• Cancellation within the period with applicable cancellation fees:
  the paid amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee.  

 
Refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.
