Registration fee 

• Until September 30, 2026: no cancellation fee 

• From October 1 to October 15, 2026: 75% cancellation fee of the cancelled order 

• From October 16, 2026: 100% cancellation fee of the cancelled order

Lunch and social programme 

• Until October 25, 2026: no cancellation fee 

• From October 26 to October 31, 2026:0% cancellation fee of the cancelled order 

• From November 1, 2026: 100% cancellation fee of the cancelled order 

 

Accommodation ​

• ​Until August 12, 2026: no cancellation fee 

• From August 13 to September 30, 2026: 30% cancellation fee of the total price of the cancelled accommodation 

•  From October 1 to October 23, 2026: 90% cancellation fee of the total price of the cancelled accommodation 

•  From October 24, 2026: 100% cancellation fee of the total price of the cancelled accommodation 

 

The Congress Secretariat must be notified of cancellations in written form via e-mail: info@bos-congress.cz and the receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted.

Refund Policy    

• Cancellation within the period without cancellation fees: a one-time administrative fee of 10 EUR will be deducted from the paid amount, which will be refunded to your account. 

• Cancellation within the period with applicable cancellation fees: the paid amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee.  

​Refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.
