Single Comfort Room (1 room / 1 night): 120 EUR

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Your booking will be considered binding upon submission of your registration. Please make your accommodation payment within 7 days of booking. Paid accommodation will be reserved at the hotel reception under your name upon arrival.
If you do not specify a roommate in the registration form, the second bed will be assigned to another participant of the same gender.
Accommodation rates do not include the local city tax as per Act No. 278/2019 Coll., which must be paid per person per night at the hotel reception.
Accommodation is charged in EUR. The stated EUR rate is guaranteed provided that payment is made no later than 14 days from the date of the accommodation booking. After this deadline, we reserve the right to adjust the price depending on the EUR/CZK exchange rate and hotel costs; any such adjustment will apply only to reservations that have not yet been paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Accommodation

Until August 12, 2026: no cancellation fee

From August 13 to September 30, 2026: 30% cancellation fee of the total price of the cancelled accommodation

From October 1 to October 23, 2026: 90% cancellation fee of the total price of the cancelled accommodation

From October 24, 2026: 100% cancellation fee of the total price of the cancelled accommodation
The Congress Secretariat must be notified of cancellations in written form via e-mail: info@bos-congress.cz and the receipt of the cancellation will be confirmed. Cancellation by phone will not be accepted.
Refund Policy

Cancellation within the period without cancellation fees: a one-time administrative fee of 10 EUR will be deducted from the paid amount, which will be refunded to your account.

Cancellation within the period with applicable cancellation fees: the paid amount will be refunded to the account from which the payment was made, after deduction of the applicable cancellation fee.
Refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.
