FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT

All players are kindly requested to register for the tournament online no later than 31 August 2026

1. Please register using the Registration form.
2. During registration, please indicate whether you will participate in the football tournament as:

Transportation: Shuttle bus transportation will be provided from the Parkhotel Congress Center Plzeň to the Doosan Arena and back.
Refreshments: Drinks will be provided.
Parking: For participants arriving individually, parking is available directly at the venue. Parking fee: 4 hours free of charge.
Refunds will be processed after the Congress has concluded.

INFORMATION AND RULES
Rules

Round-robin format, i.e. each team plays 2 matches
-
4 outfield players + 1 goalkeeper
-
Unlimited substitutions
-
No offside rule
-
Rolling substitutions are allowed and must be made on the team's own half in front of the team bench
-
Kick-ins are taken from the touchline with the ball placed on the ground
-
1 referee
-
When the goalkeeper restarts play (from the ground or by hand), the ball may be kicked or thrown over the halfway line
-
The back-pass rule is the same as in 11-a-side football
-
Yellow card: the player remains in the game. Two yellow cards = red card = dismissal for the current match
-
If the goalkeeper handles the ball outside the penalty area, a yellow card is awarded and a penalty kick is given
Match Schedule (90 minutes total)
2 halves of 10 minutes each (20 minutes of playing time in total + 5-minute half-time break)

Match 1 – 25 minutes (5-minute break between matches)

Match 2 – 25 minutes (5-minute break between matches)

Match 3 – 25 minutes (5-minute reserve / awards ceremony)

Scoring

Win = 3 points
-
Draw = 1 point
-
Loss = 0 points
The team with the highest number of points wins.
In the event of equal points, the ranking is decided by:

Higher number of goals scored

If still tied, a penalty shootout follows
Penalty shootout: Three players from each team take penalties. If the score remains tied, the shootout continues under the sudden death format until the first decisive goal is scored. Players may take more than one penalty if necessary.
